Mahne Farm is a family run farm that has been maintaining the farming tradition for the fifth generation.
It is located in the village of Tatras, which lies on the ridge of the Brkini, i.e. a flysch hill that combines the Mediterranean and continental climates. An altitude of 750 m and a favorable microclimate also significantly affect the quality of all farm products.
The main activity of the farm is animal husbandry, namely the breeding of bovine gray-brown breeds. The produced milk is processed in the home cheese shop into quality cheeses of different flavors, and the animals are intended for further breeding and sale.
