Mleczarnia Fajman, Chorwacja

About 10 years ago, Đani Fajman from Istria, in Croatia started milk processing. He understood that in this way he can add value to milk and earn more. The first cheeses were made in 2011. Milk processing became the main income and over the last 10 years helped to develop the farm and create a joyful countryside story.

Sirana Fajman gradually expanded its product range to homemade yoghurt, curd, soft, semi-hard, and hard cheese. The bestselling products are semi-hard cheese and cottage cheese. Their specialties are curd enriched with honey and walnuts and hard cheese with truffles.

Products are made from high quality milk (900 l a day) that they produce on their farm. Their dairy is equipped with Plevnik complete solution. For many years they use Plevnik Cheese kettle SKH 1000 EW Professional. Because of the stable, good sales (ali increased enqiry for their products) of their products, in 2021 they bought additional Cheese kettle SKH 300 HW Professional and for making cream and butter Plevnik Separator SP 315 and a Plevnik Butter churn PJ 25.

Mr. Fajman is very pleased with Plevnik complete solution. When he got his new cheese kettle, he sent a short video in which he commented:
