Mleczarnia Podjed, Olševek, Słowenia

In 2003  Dairy Podjed moved production to newly constructed premises and increased milk production. They still produce and process milk from domestic production but also buy it from the surrounding farms and farms from Jezersko.

The most important thing is that the products are made of quality milk and that the processing process is correct. Milk is a very delicate food that breaks down quickly with inadequate hygiene and processing. It is important to ensure that milk is clean and properly handled at milking time.
