Tørresvangen Gård, Norwegia

Dairy Tørresvangen Gårdsysteri in Norway successfully produces different kind of cheese from milk of goats from their own farm. They use Cheese kettle SKH200 EL Advanced+ with the MC 500 R controller which gives simple control of cheese and dairy processes and documents all active processes.

They produce goat cheese feta type and special brown goat cheese, but they also produce many other things, too, like butter, meat, bacon, sausages, eggs and sell them in their own store on the farm.
