We present the new cooking vat, designed for pasteurization and preparation of dense dairy and non-dairy products. In addition to efficient mixing, it also ensures scraping of substances from the walls and bottom of the vat, allowing for optimal product processing.
It is suitable for cooking fruit, making jams, creams, purees, syrups, and other thick products that require precise thermal processing.
The vat is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and features a simple, open design. The heating system operates under atmospheric pressure with thermal oil, which heats up to 100°C. The device is energy-efficient, thanks to its insulated triple jacket, which minimizes heat loss.
The vat requires no special maintenance, as it has no pump or automatic valves. A 400V 3N 50Hz connection ensures reliable operation.
