Duplicators – D, DS

Duplicators are made for pasteurization of milk and sour cream, fermentation of milk in the production of yogurt and other milk products. Plevnik offers you two design of duplicators. Duplicator D is heated with hot water, duplicator DS is heated with steam.

Energy saving

Three part, energy saving, insulated coat of the kettle with conical bottom, made of stainless steel on a stable support

Laser welded exchanger

Laser welded exchanger at the bottom allows a maximal heat exchanging area on the wall and bottom. Welded cover with a manhole and air valve.

Connections

Connections for heating and cooling water, CIP and washing head. PT 100 probe nozzle.

Digital temperature display

Digital temperature display, maximum hot water intake 85°C, maximal working pressure in exchanger 3bar.
