We present the new Classic product line, which in one device combines the essence of a pasteurizer and a cheese kettle. It contains the most important functionalities of both devices. A powerful device for an affordable price. Classic allows beginners and experienced cheesemakers production of a wide variety of dairy products: pasteurized milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese and other genuine products from your sales program.
The 50 and 125 liter version of the Classic has a double-coated insulated vessel with a lid, made of stainless steel AISI 304. Heating and cooling takes place via the bottom and coat of the container. The kettle is heated according to the principle of a water bath, and cooling takes place with water from the network or a water tank. Heat treatment is possible up to 92°C. The temperature is regulated via a thermostat on the electric control box.
The 200 and 300 liter version of the Classic has from 10 to 30% lower energy consumption thanks to efficient energy exchange, which is made possible by the insulated vessel (three coats), laser-welded exchange surfaces and carefully selected materials. The water pump enables better heat exchange, which leads to faster heating and cooling, thus saving energy and money.
