CFPPA – dairy school, Aurillac, France

CFPPA dairy school, Aurillac is one of the biggest agriculture schools in France and is equipped with efficient technical tools enabling it to provide the different types of training and services offered under the best possible conditions. They teach a course in milk processing technology for 40 years. Their cheese technology laboratory is designed to train adult trainees, apprentices, farm producers, and industrial employees in milk processing technology. The lab is made of two practical workrooms, 2 classrooms, and an analysis laboratory to monitor the evolution of cheeses.

The school also has its own educational dairy that processes 1.5 million liters of milk per year which uses a Plevnik pasteurizer P 100 Professional with a controller MC 500 to teach their students how to to process milk into mountain tome, blue cheese, hard and semi-hard cheeses.
