Øllingegaard Dairy, Denmark

Øllingegaard Mejeri is not just a beautiful drawing on the cardboard, they exist in reality, in the heart of North Zealand. They welcome the dewy fresh organic raw milk. They deserves respect, because it is the raw material for.the fauna of organic dairy products that have made Øllingegaard Dairy the safe bastion of dairy craftsmanship.

Summer “tastes” better with cold bowls from Øllingegaard, and.think about the breakfast table with the white glossy yoghurt, or those with organic fruits and berries. A large range where taste is the key. Not forgetting the milk, as the ubiquitous foundation of their dear little company. Rejoice – the carton is full of surprises!

Øllingegaard Mejeri, which is owned by Naturmælk, supplies drinking milk, yoghurt, cheese.and a number of other dairy products in Copenhagen and North Zealand. Mozzarella cheese has recently been added to the range. It happened at the request of a larger pizza chain that needed a locally produced mozzarella cheese. All this became possible with the purchase of two new Plevnik cheese kettles SKH 1000 on working platform.

“We were given the opportunity to take over a used all-in-one cheese kettle” Lasse Bagge (photo), who is an operations and development engineer at Øllingegaard.

This made the start-up affordable and since then the demand has grown with new customers, so it has been necessary to acquire an additional cheese kettle in collaboration with Tommy Overby, as the mother dairy in Tinglev (Naturmælk) has also used the new advanced Plevnik cheese kettles as a test center, because you can produce in far smaller portions than at the somewhat larger dairy in Tinglev.

“It is a very flexible solution where we can produce in small batches and carry out test productions far more flexibly.and cheaper than before” Lasse Bagge.
