At Plevnik a lot of emphasis is put on quality materials that are used in our production. All those high quality materials have to be dealt with care and precision. All our products have to achieve a certain quality  level.  Materials go through many processes like cutting, bending, grinding and the most important one-welding. It is important that welding is done with precision and most care. Since Plevnik devices are experiencing many temperature differences, because of heating and cooling the wellding must be done with out even a minimal mistake. We specially can not afford any mistakes at welding, because even the slightest mistake would have a huge impact on  the quality of food,  which can get spoiled very quickly at the certain temperatures. Our  welders have been welding our equipment for us for long years, but as the demand increases we decided to invest in to new proces equipment called  robotic welding cell. which will additionally improve the quality of our devices

With this robot we guarantee constant high quality of Plevnik devices. They will be made even more precisely. The welds are going to be more consistent and continuous and repeatable. That means, that they will be stronger, smoother and better looking and will enable cheesemakers easier cleaning of Plevnik devices.

Highly efficient and economical robotic welding needs no or minimal post processing – less human work and less abrasion is needed. Robotic welding is done much faster. This will enable faster production process. Because of the new robotic welding cell, efficiency and productivity will be increased and costs per unit will be reduced.

At the same time safety of workers will be improved. Work will be physically easier and more ergonomic. The operator works from a safe distance. In this way, work accidents and work illness will be prevented, thus creating a friendlier work environment. Robotic welding is environmentally friendlier too.
