The story of Andre Köfer begins at the beginning of 2019 when he made his first camembert with his grandfather in a cooking pot. Not long after this, his grandfather bought him a Plevnik Pasteurizer P 100 EL Professional. He started using it in December 2019 and made various dairy products like camembert, curd, soft cheese, semi-hard cheese, butter, and yoghurt in smaller quantities. He started milk processing at the beginning of the pandemic and the demand grew and grew. soon the kettle became too small and so he had to upgrade to a Plevnik pasteurizator P 200 EL Professional. But the demand outgrew even the P 200. After one year he opened a brand-new diary equipped with Plevnik Complete dairy solution: Cheese kettle SKH 500 EL Professional with completely new controller MC 700i (with WiFi), Prepress PRP-R 70, and a Butter churn PJ.

»It was clear to me from the start that the Plevnik devices would also be used in the new dairy. The quality, processing, and service are first class. The new MC 700i controller has made my production much easier thanks to the many options for automating production. In the morning I fill the kettle with milk and the dosing units with cultures, calcium, and rennet, select my pre-set program and then come back when the cheese mass is ready to cut. In the meantime, I can focus on other work.«

His products are sold directly from his self-service shop at the dairy and 5 other shops. He also sells to hotels and restaurants.
