Sometimes we have to do things that seem impossible. For example: deliver a 500 liter cheese boiler or pasteurizer to a narrow door cheese mill. But with a Plevnik narrow door adjustment, this is also feasible. Due to the adaptation of the pasteurizer for the 900 mm door, the Gartler Natur-Joghurt dairy near Graz, Austria, was able to successfully install the P 500 EW Premium pasteurizer.

For yogurt with an intense taste, milk is pasteurized and prepared with its own culture. This process takes 8-10 hours. The next day they add yogurt with various fruits and spices and sell it on their farm.
