Markus Lagger, Austria

As a forward-thinking dairy farm with eight milk cows, Mr. Markus Lagger, with his beautiful son, has made a decision to engage in on-farm milk processing, ensuring a sustainable and prosperous future. The purchase of the PH 100 EZ all-in machine was driven by several factors.

Benefiting from a 14 kWp photovoltaic system, Mr. Lagger harnesses renewable energy for their heating and cooling needs. Given their reliance on municipal water, the Pasteurizer All in one PH 100 Monoblock has proven to be the optimal solution. The versatile and efficient PH 100 Monoblock machine caters to their entire product range, including pasteurized milk, curd, cream curd, curd spreads, plain yoghurt, different fruit and dessert yoghurts. Controller MC 500 R with a recorder helps him to achieve the highest and constant quality of his dairy products. His dairy products are served in the four-star superior hotel Koller in Seeboden by the lake Millstät. They can also be bought in Billa and Adeg retail grocery shops and other local stores in the range of approx. 20 kilometres. With his bio-hay milk elder yoghurt (Bio-Heumilch-Holunderjoghurt) he has wan “Landessieg” in the category of cheese, yoghurt and butter in 2021.
