PH 100 Monoblock is universal, flexible, mobile and compact device. It can be used as: pasteurizer, cheese kettle, milk cooling tank and fermenter, all within one square meter.

It enables thermic processing of milk in the range between 4 °C and 100 °C. It can be used for  pasteurization and for  making of dairy end products. Multiple stirrers enable the making of various products, such as: yogurt, pasteurized milk,  cheese, curd, cream, mozzarella, jam, sauces, etc.

All in one device

PH is universal device for thermal processing of milk into dairy products such as yogurt, pasteurized milk, cheese, curd, cream etc. It can be used as: pasteurizer, cheese kettle, milk cooling tank and fermenter, all within one square meter.

Thermal treatment

Milk can be thermally treated in a temperature range between 4°C and 100°C. The heating system consists of electric heaters and a heat pump.

Easy to install

PH does not need an outside installation for heating (hot water, steam, gas…) or cooling (tap water, iced water…), the only thing required is a power outlet.

Automated processing procedures

All PH devices are from now equipped with  MC 500 controller as standard equipment, so for the same price you get a better and more advanced device.

Convenient and easy management using smart controllers that control processes and make the working day more efficient and organized. Save time and money with start and shutdown delay of processes. Set them in such a way that in the morning, thermally treated milk is ready for cheesemaking. Possibility to record and document all active process parameters (temperature, stirring, etc.) and remote control (Wi-Fi).

Energy efficient and ecological operation

Low energy consumption construction: efficient energy exchange, well-insulated vessel, heating and cooling energy is transmitted through both the coat and bottom of the kettle. No waste water is produced.

Easy control and cleaning

Due to a well-conceived design of Plevnik devices handling is easy, and the work becomes faster and more efficient. All outside surfaces and all the surfaces that come in contact with milk are made from stainless steel so cleaning is faster and easier. Special surface treatment 2R polish (option) prevents sticking to the vessel walls.

Yoghurt stirrer

Specialised stirrer for yoghurt and other higher viscosity (Cps) products.

Scrape stirrer

The sliding scrape stirrer ensures a constant and gentle scraping of the pasteurizer walls.

Required for thermal processing with higher temperatures (up to 100 °C) and highly viscous products.

2R polished interior

Due to its very smooth surface, the contents do not stick to the walls during processing. This enables quick and easy cleaning.

Remote acces (WiFi)

You can have control over the process at every moment – even if you are not in a dairy: connect to the controller with mobile devices (optional) and remotely control and manage cheese production.
You can: turn on, start delay, transfer records, skip to the next step in a process, change temperature, and some other parameters such as stirrer speed or direction.

Temperature recorder

Digital temperature recorder for recording of parameters of processes.

Manual harp

Manual harp with six sharp blades or simple harp. Cut the cheese mass for different products with only a few cuts.
