The Frontiera ranch is a small ecological farm. They make fermier cheeses in a small dairy, made from raw milk, using traditional recipes, and completely giving up chemistry. They obtained an ecological certificate. It confirms that the entire production process, from the cultivation of the land, through the production of feed, nutrition, maintenance and milking of animals, as well as the process of cheese production, takes place using only ecological methods.
