Sery Ślubowskie, Poland

Mr. Igor Pietrzyk from the dairy Sery Ślubowskie started his business in 2011. He started his business by finding the perfect milk: a small breeder under the constant supervision of veterinary services who could individually meet his milk needs. After a year of searching and many attempts, he found a breeder who has a small herd of Jersey and Simmental cows. Thanks to the milk mixture of these breeds, he got a raw material that 100% meets his expectations. Milk has a high fat content of 4.6% to 5.6% and a protein content of 3.6% to 4.0%. Thanks to these two parameters, they produce cheeses with unique organoleptic properties.

From the beginning of its operation, the cheese factory has been focused on the production of various types of cheese. They started with soft cheeses, which made it possible to learn about the technological secrets of milk processing and cheese production. They then added ricotta to their assortment, then cottage cheese and later various semi-hard and hard cheeses.

After the purchase of the new 300-liter cheese kettle Plevnik SKH 300 EL Advanced +, they produce cheeses that can confidently compete with the quality and taste of French and Italian cheeses.

Despite the introduction of technological changes, most activities are still carried out manually, which is reflected in the quality of the cheese produced. Cheeses are still made from raw milk.

Their products are available in many shops, restaurants and hotels in Wrocław and directly in the dairy.
