The highest quality of the products requires the finest grasses and herbs from the high mountains. This requires a lot of manual work in the steep meadows when mowing and bringing in the hay and many time-consuming production steps.
In their own in-house dairy, they freshly process and produce daily milk, natural yoghurts, yoghurts with flavor, cream cheese with and without herbs, curd cheese, hard cheese and specialties in organic olive oil.
All from their own goats and sheep. Grasses and herbs are mowed from the Bregenzerwald up to the Arlberg in the summer months and form the basis for numerous award-winning products such as the “Golden Kasmandl” in Austria.
