Manual cheese harps

Plevnik Manual cheese harps are used for processing small quantities of products in batches from 25 to 200 liters. The harps are suitable for fine cutting of cheese mass.

Plevnik cheese harps with sharp and thin blades ensure a precise cut, which improves the quality and quantity of the final product (less cheese dust and more cheese).
