Plevnik cheese table SM is a perfect solution for all dairy producers. With a large disposal surface, it can be used in multiple ways. For example for disposing cheese moulds or any other dairy equipment filling yoghurt, transporting cheese to cheese press or salting vat … Support on wheels enables the table to be easily moved around the dairy when needed.
With a raised edge of 40 mm, the device enables controlled draining when processing cheese mass (for example filling it in cheese moulds). It has a large disposal surface which can be used for storing items in various sizes. With a storage shelf under the table, the disposal surface is doubled.
Cheese table is raised to appropriate working height to enable work with less physical stress. Support on wheels allows the table to be easily moved around the dairy when needed.
The table is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is completely safe for food processing. The cleaning is simple and fast.

Plevnik cheese tables SM 97, 147 and 199 come with detachable legs. This lowers transport costs when ordering a cheese table, since they can be packed together with a cheese kettle or pasteurizers or in a smaller package.
With deposit shelf under the device you can double the disposal surface for various items (for example cheese moulds). It also facilitates draining. The holes on shelf enable faster drainage of water.
