Plevnik cheese table SOM is a perfect solution for all dairy producers. It is used for accepting cheese curd, draining, manual pre-pressing and manual cutting the mass into cheese blocks. With support on wheels, the table can be easily move around the dairy when needed.

Multipurpose device

Deepened cheese table (300mm) enables receiving the cheese mass, draining of whey, manual prepressing and manual cutting of cheese mass. It has a large disposal surface under the table (addition equipment) which can be used for storing items in various sizes.

Movable draining grid

Movable draining grid on front enables adapting to different quantities of cheese mass or allowes different hights of cheese blocks.

Ergonomic work

Cheese table is raised to appropriate working height to enable work with less physical stress. Support on wheels allows the table to be easily moved around the dairy when needed.

High-quality materials

The table is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is completely safe for food processing. The cleaning is simple and fast.

Outflow valve

Cheese table SOM has an outflow valve for whey.

Deposit shelf

Deposit shelf under the device offers large disposal surface and facilitates draining for various items (for example cheese moulds). Drainage of water is faster doe to the holes on shelf.

Draining stainless steel grid on the bottom

Draining grid on the bottom offers improved and accelerated draining of the whey over entire bottom surface of the table.

Stainless steel plates for prepressing

Plates are positioned over cheese mass and pushed down for prepress purposes. This way cheese block structure is more compact and quality of the final product is improved.

Dividing plate

For a simultaneous / simpler filling of cheese mass into cheese moulds.
