Cheese kettles – mini SKM 50–150 l

Cheese kettles – mini are devices for thermal processing of milk into various dairy products (various types of cheese, yogurt, curd, …). They enable heating up to 75 (90) °C and are an excellent solution for beginner cheesemakers – for processing between 20 and 150 liters of milk. It is also a good solution for smaller batches of special products and specialities, as well as for testing new products.

A step forward to professional production

Plevnik cheese kettle – mini SKM is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with professional production instead of producing in a pot on a stove. Suitable for smaller batches, SKM meets your needs.

Simple and safe to use

Operation with SKM is very simple with only a few buttons. Processes can easily be visually controlled. Temperature of milk can be simply regulated via a control panel with electronic regulation.

With processing in temperature range of up to 75 °C (up to 90 °C with additional equipment), wide range of products can be produced: different types of cheese, yogurt, curd, … This is a great opportunity to explore the market and try out new products. For cooling down, water from the pipe or collector is used.
