Čuš dairy, Orehova vas, Slovenia

The family business Čuš has expanded production to 3,000 liters per day, which means 12,000 kg of dairy products per month. The special feature of the production is the extremely high quality of the purchased milk and the production of products exclusively from unpasteurized milk, which means that all vitamins, proteins and minerals are in intact form. With their knowledge and work experience, they offer a rich range of dairy products from cow’s milk.

The products of Sirarna d.o.o. are free of added dyes or preservatives and bear the EC mark SI-M-416. This assures consumers that the products meet the strictest standards of veterinary regulations in Slovenia, in accordance with EU quality standards. And why homemade? The varied nature of the Slovenian area, the traditional method of production and processing are approaching sustainable production. Due to its rich composition of biological value, excellent digestibility and especially gourmet pleasures in a variety of flavors, cheese is an indispensable food in the diet.
