Czech University of Life Sciences Prague CZU is located in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, on a modern green campus. Being a member of the Euroleague for Life Sciences, it is one of the leading European universities focusing on life sciences.

In June 2022 University opened an Agricultural Products Processing Training Centre on the CZU campus. In their brand new laboratory there is a wide range of Plevnik devices for processing milk. The well equiped lab contains also devices for processing meat, fruit, and vegetables, as well as, a bakery, an oil mill, and a brewery.

CZU is rated as the most sustainable university in Czechia. It leads its students to responsibility and respect for the environment in the interest of the sustainable life of future generations. This approach plays a crucial role in today’s global situation, where natural resources are depleted at an alarming rate, and the biodiversity of our planet is seriously threatened.

The newly open facility has also a sensory laboratory, restaurant, nutrition counseling, and its own shop. Students will be able to buy products made there under the new “Um” brand.
