Pneumatic press PPS-U

Pneumatic cheese press type PPS-U is a basic, universal model of pneumatic cheese press, using compresses air for efficient cheese pressing. It is a great solution for beginner and advanced cheesemakers, who need a cheese press for 50–150 kg of cheese.

High degree of adjustability

Universal pneumatic cheese press is utilizing compressed air for pressing cheese mass. Pressing force can be easily adapted to your recipes. Suitable for pressing 50–150 kg of cheese mass in cheese moulds (diameters of 160–400 mm), loaded in 2–4 levels.

Pressing force can easily be controlled manually or automatically (optional). It is a big step forward from manual pressing to pressing with a device and the quality of final products is constant.

Deposit shelf

Deposit shelf under the device can be used for multiple purposes (for example for disposal of cheese moulds).

Intermediate plates for pressing

Plates are inserted between cheese moulds levels. Level separation allows equal distribution of pressing force over severalcheese moulds. Plates are made from PE plastic that is durable and made with smooth surfaces that allow quick and efficient cleaning.

Manual three-stage pressure regulation

Enables adaptability to your recipes and simple regulation with three preset pressures. Each step is activated via switching valve.

Automatic pressure regulation

Pressing force can easily be controlled manually or automatically (optional). It is a big step forward from manual pressing to pressing with a device and the quality of final products is constant.
