Heart of cheese dairy in Jurkówis is a cheese boiler from PLEVNIK, model SKM 150. Additional equipment are tables, sinks and cold rooms.
They manufacture rennet, ripening and smoked cheeses in miniseries. They obtain milk from cows of their own farm, which for 15 years has been an ecological farm and belongs to their family for generations.
