Pneumatic cheese press PPS-H is horizontal pneumatic cheese press that uses compresses air for efficient cheese pressing. It is suitable for pressing 50-280 kg of cheese mass.

Equal pressing force in a row

The biggest advantage is that the pressing force in the same for all the moulds in a row. Result is more equal dimensions of cheese, which is always same quality as perfect product. It enables hight level of repeatability of your product.

High degree of adjustability

Horizontal pneumatic cheese press is utilizing compressed air for pressing cheese mass. Pressing force can be easily adapted to your recipes. It can press 280 kg of cheese mass in cheese moulds (diameters of 400mm) at a time in 2 to 8 pressing rows.

Controlled processing

Pressing force can easily be controlled manually or automatically (optional). It is a big step forward from manual pressing to pressing with a device and the quality of final products is constant.

Simple maintenance and cleaning

Pneumatic cheese press PPS-H is made of stainless steel that enables easy cleaning of surfaces.  With no open tubes, the cleaning is even easier. The device has no electrical components so the maintenance is simple.

Press can be adapted to the customer needs with special guides for different cheese mould sizes.

Additional guides for different cheese sizes

Additional guides allow pressing of smaller cheese moulds on the same press that can also press bigger moulds. Functionality that occupies less space inside the dairy and allow for different cheeses to be made. We offer different guides for different size of moulds.

Manual three-stage pressure regulation

Enables adaptability to your recipes and simple regulation with three preset pressures. Each step is activated via switching valve.

Automatic pressure regulation

Automatic pressure regulation depending on the time for individual cheese maturation stage. Operation via an intuitive controller. Design the program independently according to your needs and save. The controller performs a preset program independently (without your constant attention).
