PH is a P pasteurizer with a standalone heating and cooling unit. It is all in one device: pasteurizer/cheese/kettle/cooling tank/fermentation vessel.

It enables thermic processing of milk in the range between 4 °C and 100 °C. It can be used for milk pasteurization and for production of dairy products such as soft, semi-firm or hard cheese, butter, yoghurt, curd, sour cream, jam, sauces, etc.

Versatile use

The PH is a pasteurizer with a standalone cooling/heating unit.  It is an universal device for thermal processing of milk into dairy products such as yogurt, pasteurized milk, cheese, curd, cream etc. It can be used as a pasteurizer, cheese kettle, cooling tank, fermentation vessel.

Energy efficient

Low energy consumption construction: efficient energy exchange, well-insulated vessel, heating and cooling energy is transmitted through both the coat and bottom of the kettle. Energy consumption can be additionally lowered with a combination of electrical heaters and a heat pump (up to 45 °C, where energy consumption is reduced by 70%). Extremely efficient air cooling up to 40 °C (COP 35).

Easy to install

PH does not need an outside installation for heating (hot water, steam, gas…) or cooling (tap water, iced water…), the only thing required is a power outlet. The cooling aggregate can be used also for cooling the maturation room. No waste water is produced.

Pasteurizers can be equipped with various stirrers, with which you can make various products.

Automated processing procedures and remote control

All PH devices are from now equipped with MC 500 controller – as standard equipment, Convenient and easy management using smart controllers that control processes and make the working day more efficient and organized. Save time and money with start and shutdown delay of processes. Set them in such a way that in the morning, thermally treated milk is ready for cheesemaking. Possibility to record and document all active process parameters (temperature, stirring, etc.) and remote control (Wi-Fi).

Easy control and cleaning

Easily and quickly control the Plevnik pasteurizer. Due to a well-conceived design of Plevnik devices, including controllers and stirrers, their handling is easy, and the work becomes faster and more efficient. All processes (cutting, stirring, thermal treatment etc.) can be started simply by pressing a button.

Polished interior: Cleaning is faster and easier due to the special surface treatment – 2R polish (prevents sticking to the vessel walls).

Thermal treatment

Thermal treatment of milk is in the range from 4°C to 100°C with precise temperature regulation. Cooling down to 4°C when needed – no accumulation, no energy loss.

75% propeller stirrer

The larger (75% of vessel diameter) stirrer ensures a more efficient and faster stirring (circular rising of the content).

Professional stirrer for yogurt, cheese and milk

A universal helical stirrer for efficient and gentle stirring. First helical stirrer in the industry in this segment (100-500 liters). With two detachable levels.

Yogurt stirrer

Working platform

Easier access, higher outlet and easy decantation of the cheese mass to the draining table. Safe, efficient and ergonomic process control.

Elevating device

Enables setting of the ergonomic working height and therefore makes work (discharging, cleaning) easier. Ideal solution for facilities with a low ceiling.

Protection around the support

Protects the kettle pipes against filth and makes cleaning the entire kettle easier. Ensures a long lifespan due to water-system protection.

Remote acces (WiFi)

You can have control over the process at every moment – even if you are not in a dairy: connect to the controller with mobile devices (optional) and remotely control and manage cheese production.
You can: turn on, start delay, transfer records, skip to the next step in a process, change temperature, and some other parameters such as stirrer speed or direction.

Curd belt

Curd belt is used for draining whey from cheese mass.
